We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Clerk to join our team at Rockwall County Texas. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting prosecutors in preparing and processing cases, including preparing paperwork, retrieving files, and requesting documents.
Key Responsibilities- Interpret and manipulate complex data sets, analyze results, and document changes and findings.
- Participate in correcting mismatched personal identifying information in the County's case management system.
- Act as the primary support contact for Party ID issues and reporting County wide.
- Respond to requests to correct information in the County's case management system.
- Report prosecutor actions on cases involving criminal defendants to the criminal justice information system (CJIS).
- Must be knowledgeable and proficient in use of Microsoft Office systems.
- Must be able to answer phones professionally.
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
The position is located in a fast-paced and high-volume office environment with little or no exposure to environmental conditions. Health and safety hazards are minimal. No protective equipment is required.
Conditions of Employment- Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen.
- Must successfully complete a background investigation.
