Cowboy Jack's Saloon in Altoona, Wisconsin, is seeking experienced bartenders who can deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a high-energy atmosphere. Our lively bar features a large indoor space, an outdoor patio, and a strong following of regular customers. • Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive experience for guests.
• Salesmanship of drinks and menu items, with a focus on standard recipes and customer requests.
• Utilize tools and equipment available, including computer programs like Focus, Margin Edge, Chow Now, Eat Street, and 7 Shifts.
• Assist with inventory management, stocking, and organization of products and condiments.
• Maintain health and food safety standards, ensuring the bar is properly cleaned and sanitized.

• 1+ years of experience as a bartender, with a strong background in hospitality.
• Wisconsin Responsible Beverage Server Course and Bartender License.
• Excellent customer service skills and verbal communication.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends.
