Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions to develop a rehabilitation plan.
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering treatments and interventions as ordered by physicians.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan and evaluate patient care.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patients' goals and needs.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure patients are meeting their treatment goals.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current state license as an Occupational Therapist or in the process of obtaining licensure.
  • Minimum one year of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Current CPR certification.
