Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Custodial Worker to join our team at Didlake, Inc. Our mission is to create opportunities that enrich the lives of people with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain assigned spaces, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, removing trash and other refuse, and dusting equipment, furniture, and fixtures.
  • Provide supplies and minor maintenance services as needed.
  • Clean lavatories, showers, and restrooms, and replenish supplies.
  • Work effectively as part of a team and interact with coworkers with disabilities.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED, or six months of custodial experience.
  • Ability to carry out simple but detailed oral instructions.
  • Ability to communicate with coworkers and work as part of a team.
  • Ability to interact effectively with coworkers with disabilities.
