About the Job:
We are seeking a Cemetery Landscape Caretaker to join our team at Marathon Staffing. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our cemetery grounds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks
  • Operate machinery such as mowers, weed eaters, and blowers
  • Install and assemble foundations, memorials, and markers
  • Complete work orders for client families regarding grave and marker maintenance
  • Respond to and complete service requests

Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least six months of experience operating standard equipment
  • Ability to operate hand tools and equipment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
  • Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds

Compensation: $14.00 per hour, with opportunities for advancement and increased compensation based on performance.
