Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Catheterization Laboratory Technologist to join our team as a traveling professional. As a Cath Lab Tech, you will be responsible for assisting with diagnostic and interventional procedures, operating imaging equipment, and maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with diagnostic and interventional procedures, including coronary and peripheral angiography, angioplasty, and stenting
  • Operate imaging equipment, such as fluoroscopy and ultrasound machines
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, including preparing and cleaning equipment and supplies
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and department efficiency

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
  • Current certification as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
