Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research, development, analysis, implementation, testing, evaluation, and demonstration of RF communication waveforms across the C, X, and K bands in diverse and challenging settings.
  • Engage in the research, development, analysis, implementation, testing, evaluation, and demonstration of RF circuitry and hardware for effective waveform execution.
  • Establish technical analysis methodologies, perform independent research, and share findings.
  • Diagnose system faults and anomalies through troubleshooting.
  • Oversee maintenance and enhancements for system prototypes.
  • Create and deliver technical white papers, briefings, and presentations at the executive level.
  • Facilitate technical interchange meetings and stakeholder presentations.
Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution with a minimum GPA of 3.5.
  • Over 5 years of relevant experience in RF electrical engineering, including design, analysis, and testing.
  • Strong grasp of electrical engineering principles, particularly in RF Communications, Radar Theory, RF Circuit and Hardware Design, and Software Defined Radio.
  • Proven experience in designing, documenting, and testing RF systems.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Must be a US Citizen and capable of obtaining and maintaining an active Secret clearance.
  • Willingness to relocate if necessary.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Electrical, Computer, or related technical engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
  • Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
  • Top Secret clearance preferred.
  • Experience in supporting Department of Defense projects.
  • Familiarity with digital signal processing.
  • Experience with MATLAB/Simulink is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Position, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) technology development, testing, and evaluation is preferred.
  • Exceptional time-management skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication abilities.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
