**Job Responsibilities**
- Deliver exceptional care and support to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and household tasks.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support and companionship.
- Administer medications and provide wound care as needed.
- Document client progress and report any changes in their condition to our team.
**Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) preferred.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
