Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the seamless operation of our nation's wireless and wireline telecom, commercial and utility-scale solar and wind projects, EV charging stations, as well as large-scale power generation and energy storage assets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and design electrical infrastructure for commercial and industrial construction projects
* Travel locally to project sites as needed
* Produce electrical design/construction drawings, cost estimates, and specifications
* Implement lighting controls and conduct photometric analysis
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met
* Adapt to various client standards and procedures while maintaining professional relationships
* Oversee deliverables and schedules, presenting solutions to clients as needed
* Establish proposals and maintain electrical budgets for assigned projects
* Perform drafting assignments, provide guidance to junior engineers/drafters, and ensure quality through QA/QC processes
* Respond to RFIs and approve submittals, offering construction support when required

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
* PE license preferred; EIT accepted
* 5+ years of experience in designing power distribution, single-line diagrams, short circuit/arc flash studies, lighting systems, fire alarms, and low-voltage systems for commercial buildings
* Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code and Fire Alarm codes (NFPA 101, NFPA 90, NFPA 110, NFPA 70, NFPA 70E, IBC, IEEE standards, International Energy Efficiency Code)
* Ability to travel up to 20%
