Job Summary
As an Academic Specialist at Northern Kentucky University, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to the College of Health & Human Services - School of Nursing. Your primary responsibilities will include serving as the primary communication link between undergraduate programs and students, responding to inquiries, coordinating paperwork collection, and conveying processes to students through various channels.

Main Responsibilities
* Serve as primary communication link between undergraduate programs and students
* Provide general faculty support, ExamSoft support, and Zoom meeting coordination for undergraduate faculty
* Offer support to the School of Nursing Director(s), Associate Directors, BSN, and ABSN Program Directors, including preparation of meeting minutes, course scheduling, and event preparation
* Assist with HESI test administration and provide student and faculty support

Requirements
* Working knowledge/experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Detail-oriented and highly organized individual
* Ability to manage tight deadlines and prioritize duties
* Effective interpersonal and communication skills
