**Job Summary:**

Passavant Memorial Homes is seeking a skilled Maintenance Contractor to join our team. As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for maintaining the community homes and facilities where individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, mental health, and behavioral health needs reside. Your expertise in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall repair, painting, and tiling will be essential in creating comfortable and productive living and work environments.

**Responsibilities:**

* Perform routine maintenance tasks, including grounds maintenance, trimming, and equipment operation
* Utilize your own tools and equipment to complete tasks efficiently
* Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless maintenance operations
* Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail in all work

**Requirements:**

* 21 years of age or older
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Valid driver's license
* Valid liability insurance
* PA contractor's license number
* Successfully pass background check
* Valid email address and phone number

**Compensation:**

* $40/hour
* IRS Form 1099 documentation of payment
