Aluminum MIG Welding Specialist

We are in search of a proficient Aluminum MIG Welder with a strong background in MIG welding techniques and the ability to interpret blueprints effectively. This position operates on a first shift schedule, featuring a 4-day work week from 6 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, with potential overtime on Fridays. The compensation ranges from $23 to $30 per hour, contingent upon experience and interview performance.
The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in MIG welding, particularly with aluminum materials, and must be capable of successfully passing 2G and 3G MIG aluminum welding assessments on 1/16" (16 gauge) materials. You will be engaged in a clean, industrial manufacturing setting, contributing to a comprehensive manufacturing service solution that spans from initial design through to production and testing.
Required Skills- Proven experience in MIG welding, ideally with a minimum of 3 years focused on aluminum.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- AWS Certifications are preferred, and there will be opportunities for internal welding certifications.
