Job Title: Head of Fine Dining Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Fine Dining Operations to join our team at Ocean House Collections. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food and beverage quality and service in our fine dining venues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to maintain and improve the quality of our fine dining experiences
  • Lead and manage a team of fine dining servers and support staff to ensure exceptional service standards
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to create innovative and delicious menus that showcase the best of local and seasonal ingredients
  • Ensure that all aspects of fine dining operations, including table settings, wine pairings, and service standards, meet the highest standards of quality and excellence
  • Monitor and analyze guest feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
Requirements:
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in a fine dining environment, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting
  • Proven track record of success in leading and managing high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, staff, and management
  • Knowledge of wine and beverage pairings, as well as local and seasonal ingredients
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
