Custodial Technician Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Custodial Technician to join our team at Cleaning With Meaning. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our office spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general office maintenance tasks, including trash removal, dusting, and cleaning and restocking supplies in restrooms, break-rooms, and coffee centers.
  • Sweep and mop floors, vacuum, and wash windows to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Replace light bulbs and perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • Work collaboratively with the facilities team to ensure that all areas of the office are clean and well-maintained.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in custodial or facilities maintenance preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
