About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a per diem / prn nursing job in Oxford, North Carolina. This role involves providing home health care services to adult and geriatric clients on a per visit basis in Granville, Person, and Vance counties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
  • Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
  • Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
  • BAYADA Home Health Care complies with all state/local mandates
