We are seeking a Gaming Advertising Director to join our team at Jobleads-US. As a key member of our brand partnerships team, you will drive revenue by building and managing strategic partnerships with top brands and agencies.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Develop and execute strategic partnership plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain a consultative approach and offer strategic media solutions to senior marketers and agencies.
  • Partner with internal and client cross-functional teams to structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop metrics to measure account growth and performance, provide reports as needed, and recommend enhancements.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 7+ years of direct digital Media Sales experience.
  • Deep knowledge of self-serve platforms, auctions, and biddable forms of digital advertising buying.
  • Strong existing relationships with top marketing decision-makers for brands and their agencies.
  • Creative and outside-the-box thinker and strategist.
  • Enthusiasm for building something from the bottom up.
