Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Game Ambassador to join our team. As a Game Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless guest experience, and promoting a fun and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a pace sufficient to keep up with different levels of guest visits, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Assist guests with game play on the course, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures, ensuring a clean and safe environment for guests.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Safely and effectively communicate in order to perform and follow job requirements, both verbally and in writing.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift, with the ability to move safely through all areas of the venue.
  • Ability to move and lift up to 10 pounds, frequently move and/or lift up to 25 pounds, and occasionally move, or lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
