Child Unit Nurse Care Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Child Unit as a Clinical Nurse Coordinator. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring high-quality patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during your designated shift.
As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will work closely with other members of the management team to direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures. You will serve as a resource person for staff and model a commitment to the organization's vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and excellent communication skills. They will be able to assist with admission and discharge processes, participate in ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit, and collaborate with subject matter experts and other managers to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service.

- $83,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
