Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with patrons and ensuring their food and beverage needs are met.
  • Manage tables and customer experiences to ensure a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.
  • Develop a professional and enthusiastic attitude, consistently delivering high-quality service.
  • Transmit orders to the bar and kitchen, identifying special dietary needs and requests.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in food service or hospitality, although not required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing situations.
  • Capacity to create memorable guest connections through our menu offerings.
  • Strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members and management.
  • Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including weekends.
  • Good judgment and an adaptive attitude.
