Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM
Position Overview:
- Home Health Services
- Conduct in-home health evaluations for health insurance providers, including Health & Physical assessments. Responsibilities include reviewing medications and dosages, performing physical examinations, checking blood pressure, conducting finger stick tests, collecting urine samples, and providing fecal kits for patient mailing.
- Expected to complete 5 to 8 assessments daily (each assessment lasts approximately 30 minutes, with the last appointment scheduled at 6 PM).
- Patient Demographics: Primarily Geriatric population.
- Electronic Medical Records: Utilization of a proprietary system; all documentation is performed on an iPad.
- Qualifications: Candidates must possess a CAQH, NPI number, an active NP license in the relevant state, and an unrestricted state license.
