Job Title: Head Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team at Hook and Cleaver, an upscale steak and seafood restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating innovative menus, ensuring food quality and kitchen cleanliness meet high standards, and managing food and labor costs to maximize profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the culinary team in creating and executing menus that showcase our culinary expertise
  • Ensure food quality and kitchen cleanliness meet the highest standards
  • Manage food and labor costs to maximize profitability
  • Oversee banquet catering operations and menu development
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary kitchen environment
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: $65,250 - $75,000
