• Sales: Achieve and exceed weekly sales quotas, deliver high-quality sales, and practice specific behaviors to generate and maximize sales.
• Operations: Maintain store appearance, adhere to company policies, and follow cash depositing procedures.
• Merchandising: Participate in marketing events, protect company assets, and assist with merchandise arrangement and display.

• Skills and Competencies: Excellent sales skills, ability to deliver high-quality customer service, and ability to work flexible hours.
• Education and Experience: High school degree or equivalent, previous retail sales experience preferred.

The Key Holder position requires moderate physical activity, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 15 pounds. The work environment involves some exposure to physical risks that require following basic safety precautions.
