Job Overview

We are seeking skilled Metal Fabrication Specialists with a focus on advanced welding techniques. Candidates with experience in MIG and TIG welding, particularly those familiar with pulse welding, are highly encouraged to apply. We offer positions on both first and second shifts.

Shift Details

1st Shift:

Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM; Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (or a combination of four 10-hour shifts and one 8-hour shift with mandatory overtime each Friday); optional overtime available on Saturdays from 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM.

2nd Shift:

Monday – Thursday: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM (four 12-hour shifts totaling 48 hours). An additional $2/hour is offered for 2nd shift positions.

Compensation

Wages range from $20 to $26 per hour for 1st shift, with an additional $2/hour for 2nd shift based on welding proficiency demonstrated during testing.

Required Skills

Work Environment

The role involves a combination of indoor and outdoor work in a non-climate-controlled environment. Steel-toed boots and appropriate work attire are mandatory.
