Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Production Assembler to join our team at Vista Outdoor's Brookhaven, MS location. This role is responsible for performing various tasks associated with product preparation, packaging, and assembly for both the mouth call and general production departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform prep work as needed to ensure efficient production processes.
  • Assist the production assembly department with product assembly, adhering to quality standards.
  • Pack products according to guidelines, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Pull materials as required for projects, maintaining an organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with other teams to complete projects efficiently.
