Job SummaryThe Client Care Specialist will provide exceptional client service, support the hospital team, and contribute to the growth and success of our veterinary community. This role involves working directly with clients, communicating effectively, and collaborating with the hospital team to deliver high-quality care. Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming clients and their pets to the hospital with a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Assisting clients with completing forms and files, both paper and digitally.
  • Providing reminders to clients via text, email, and phone for upcoming care appointments.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the waiting area and desk.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of customer service experience, preferably in the veterinary or medical field.
  • Basic knowledge of veterinary hospital procedures and terminologies preferred.
