Senior Culinary Server

At Highgate Senior Living, we take a holistic approach to senior care, prioritizing the well-being and happiness of our residents. We are seeking an experienced Senior Culinary Server to join our culinary team and contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences for over 700 seniors.

This full-time or part-time opportunity will involve working closely with our culinary team to present nutritious and delicious meals to our residents. As a senior living community specializing in assisted living and memory care, we offer a unique and supportive environment that fosters growth and development. 1. Assist the culinary team in preparing and serving fresh, temperature-appropriate meals to residents.
2. Maintain a safe and clean kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
3. Interact with residents, understanding their preferences and dietary needs, and adapting to their requirements.
4. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Basic culinary skills and comfort working in a kitchen environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with residents and team members.
• A calm demeanor under pressure, ensuring efficient service delivery during peak periods.
• The ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and priorities.
