Position Overview
As a Tire Installation Specialist, you will assist members in selecting and purchasing tires, ensuring proper installation and repair, completing necessary documentation, and adhering to tire bay policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute job functions and responsibilities as assigned, ensuring compliance with club policies and procedures.
- Act with integrity and prioritize member satisfaction by addressing concerns and escalating issues when necessary.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for members and colleagues, embracing diversity and collaboration.
Service Excellence
- Deliver outstanding service at every interaction, resolving member concerns effectively.
- Commit to GOLD Member Standards: Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate (GAA).
Club Standards
- Work as a cohesive team to uphold GOLD club standards daily, ensuring:
- All items are stocked and promotional plans are executed.
- Cleanliness and organization inside and outside the tire bay.
- Accurate signage is visible at all times.
Major Duties
- Perform tire installations, including mounting, dismounting, rotating, and balancing tires.
- Dispose of tires properly and ensure propane tanks are filled according to club policy.
- Maintain a clean and professional tire bay and waiting area.
- Provide knowledgeable service at the tire desk and coordinate with the Home Office regarding member tire needs.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
- Strong interpersonal skills and basic computer skills are required.
- Prior experience in tire installation is preferred.
- Ability to lift over 30 pounds with assistance.
Work Environment
- Exposure to indoor and outdoor temperatures and weather conditions.
- Frequent standing and movement on hard surfaces, with occasional lifting of heavy objects.
