Qualifications:

- Experience within a large healthcare system or similar setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; familiarity with Access is advantageous.

- Prepare and analyze regular reports for distribution to management and senior leadership, including income statement variances and key performance indicators.
- Compile and review data for presentations and analyses, identifying significant trends and issues.
- Collaborate with various departments to communicate analytical insights and support the implementation of operational enhancements.
- Coordinate data submissions for benchmarking and productivity analytics.
- Assist in the annual operating and capital budgeting processes and prepare interim financial forecasts.
- Provide advanced training and support on financial processes and tools to both internal and external departments.
- Serve as a resource and liaison for financial data and analytics across all organizational divisions.
- Utilize data from various sources to support reporting and analytical needs.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
