We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Wexford House LTC/SNF. This is a night shift position, working 36 hours per week on a 48-hour schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
Requirements
  • Current active state license as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
  • Ability to work a 36-hour week on a 48-hour schedule.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
