Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective resolution to their inquiries and concerns.
  • Work closely with our move coordinators to ensure seamless execution of customer moves.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and other customer communications in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with office administrative tasks, including ordering supplies, filing, and office mail.
  • Create and update customer orders, calculate move estimates, and schedule specialized services.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (required)
  • 1 year of Customer Service experience (required)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Energetic self-motivator with a positive and friendly demeanor
  • Extremely organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable handling high volumes of workload
  • Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook experience
