Job Summary

Simeon Global Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Data Manager to oversee the organization, management, and analysis of data across multiple platforms. This role involves developing and implementing data management policies, systems, and procedures to ensure the integrity and accessibility of organizational data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and enforce data strategies to ensure accuracy, consistency, and security.
  • Analyze large datasets to provide actionable insights and create reports using Power BI and other BI tools.
  • Lead data projects, aligning them with strategic goals, while managing scope, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Ensure seamless data system integration and optimize data flow for improved performance and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet data needs and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Perform audits and maintain data integrity through validation protocols and issue resolution.
  • Train and mentor team members on data practices and tools, promoting data literacy across the organization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in data management, analysis, or related roles.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools, particularly Power BI, and a strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in database management systems, including SQL.
  • Strong understanding of data governance and best practices in data quality management.
Preferred Skills:
  • Working knowledge of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and spatial data analysis.
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools, particularly Power BI.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data storage solutions.
Additional Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Must reside in the state of Florida.
  • Must pass a background check upon offer of employment.
  • Must be willing and able to travel to various work sites as needed.
  • Must be willing and able to work long hours and adapt to changing environments.
