Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Walmart. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
  • Operate hardware such as cash registers or related equipment, process member purchases, and assist in payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
  • Provide pharmacy products and services to members in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Stock and secure pharmacy supplies and merchandise, enter prescription information, and complete paperwork and other required documentation.
  • Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners.
Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly wage range of $19.50-$23.50, with additional compensation in the form of premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health benefits, 401(k), stock purchase, and company-paid life insurance, as well as paid time off, parental leave, family care leave, bereavement, jury duty, and voting leave.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
