Phlebotomist - Field

We are seeking a PRN Field Phlebotomist to join our team in the Greater Cleveland area. This individual will perform routine blood and sample collections in the comfort of patients' homes, providing an exceptional experience. The successful candidate will possess a high attention to detail, ensuring accurate labeling and tracking of all specimens collected.

• Perform specimen collections in patients' homes
• Verify collection requests and confirm necessary information prior to draws
• Accurate labeling and tracking of all collections
• Strong communication of essential information to appropriate personnel
• Provide exceptional customer service in the home
• Day travel throughout the Cleveland area

• High school diploma or GED
• Active phlebotomy certification
• At least six months of formal phlebotomy experience
• In-home care experience, preferred
