Uniti Med is actively seeking a highly skilled Mobile Intensive Care Unit RN Specialist to join their team for a travel nursing assignment in the beautiful state of Alaska.

About the Role

This is a 26-week contract opportunity, with a guaranteed 40 hours per week and a competitive pay package based on 10-hour shifts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Cardiac Cath Lab environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional patient care as a member of the mobile intensive care unit team, utilizing your advanced nursing expertise to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and progress, adhering to strict confidentiality guidelines.
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate seamless patient transfers, ensuring timely and safe transportation.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training sessions to stay up-to-date on the latest medical procedures and technologies.
Requirements
  • RN licensure in good standing, with current certification in Cardiac Cath Lab or related specialty.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in mobile intensive care unit settings, preferably in cardiac catheterization labs.
  • Excellent clinical judgment, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently in high-pressure situations.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in electronic medical records systems, data entry, and basic computer applications.
