Key Responsibilities- Translate complex engineering blueprints and parts lists into work instructions for production floor personnel
- Improve the overall process of the build using cutting-edge technologies and automation
- Exercise technical expertise to solve complex problems through troubleshooting and new process development
- Develop and implement process improvements to reduce costs, increase quality, and deliver products faster
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience/combined education
- 2+ years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Materials, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Access, Word, Excel)
- CREO/ProE experience with a focus on tooling, design, and fabrication
- Experience in troubleshooting, process development, and automation
- Experience writing technical work instructions
- Able to work in a cross-functional team environment
- Knowledge of GD&T and LEAN Six Sigma manufacturing concepts
