Job Title: Registered Nurse

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing emergency nursing care to patients of all ages, from newborns to the elderly, and individuals with varying ethnic and religious backgrounds.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide emergency nursing care for emergent, urgent, and non-urgent patients
  • Triage, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for all patients
  • Administer pharmacological agents, including dosage calculations, and document patient conditions
  • Assume full responsibility for assigned patients and ancillary personnel, delegating tasks and providing counseling and guidance
  • Recognize medical/trauma emergencies and respond appropriately, initiating CPR if necessary
  • Participate in the orientation and training of newly assigned personnel
  • Coordinate patient care through a continuum and facilitate optimal outcomes in relation to care, quality, and cost effectiveness
Requirements:
  • Graduate from a baccalaureate degree (BSN) program in nursing accredited by a national nursing accrediting agency recognized by the US Department of Education
  • Minimum 5 years' total nursing experience with at least 1 year ER experience within the past 3 years
  • Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse from any state
  • Life Support Certifications: BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC
  • Ability to pass a Government background check/security clearance
