Job Overview

Soliant Health is currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time position at a school in Converse, TX.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality therapy services to students with various disabilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' educational goals
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute meaningfully to the development of students' IEPs
Requirements
  • Possess a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Hold an active Texas OT license
  • Experience in a school setting is preferred but not mandatory
  • Demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills
  • Be able to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
