Clinical Management Consultants is seeking an experienced Director of Rehabilitation Services to oversee the daily operations of our Rehab Services Department and Cardiac Pulmonary Wellness Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing cost-effective and high-quality services, staff education and oversight, budget preparation and maintenance, development of procedures and policies, and determining a patient's participation in PT, OT, Speech Therapy, Acupuncture, and Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Oversee the daily operations of the Rehab Services Department and Cardiac Pulmonary Wellness Department
  • Develop and manage budgets for both departments
  • Provide staff education and oversight to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement procedures and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Determine patient participation in PT, OT, Speech Therapy, Acupuncture, and Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g. healthcare administration, physical therapy)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a healthcare setting
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful programs and services
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
