Key Responsibilities: The Coating Specialist will oversee the entire powder coating procedure.

Core responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Transporting sandblasted components into the coating area.
  • Using an air hose to eliminate debris from components.
  • Applying coatings in accordance with established protocols and specifications.
  • Ensuring compliance with rigorous quality standards.
  • Maintaining and cleaning equipment.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication and associated tools.
  • Capability to read and utilize basic measurement instruments (tape measure, protractor, calipers).
  • Self-driven with a prompt response to production demands.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Ability to foster a positive team environment and prioritize team success over individual interests.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary to meet attendance expectations.

Experience and Educational Background:

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Minimum age of 18 is necessary.
  • Experience in finishing or fabrication is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Previous experience in a production setting is preferred.
