We are seeking a part-time Youth Soccer Coach to join our team in the Baltimore-Washington area.
About the JobJob Summary: As a Youth Soccer Coach with Soccer Shots COUS, you will be responsible for leading high-energy soccer sessions for children aged 2-8. Our program emphasizes both soccer skills and character development, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about positively impacting children's lives.
Responsibilities- Lead 30-minute soccer sessions for children aged 2-8
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote soccer skills and character development
- Work collaboratively with other coaches and staff to ensure a positive and safe learning environment
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants
- Prior soccer experience is not required, but a passion for working with children is essential
- Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle that is insured
- Ability to pass a background check
- Flexibility and adaptability to work a variety of schedules, including weekdays and weekends
- Competitive hourly rate of $20-$25 per hour, depending on the schedule
