- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient preferences, medical history, and current health status.

- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, ensuring clear and concise information exchange.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical-surgical setting is preferred, with a focus on hematology and oncology.
