Position Overview

In this role, you will operate within a call center environment to effectively assist our patients. Your responsibilities will include delivering exceptional customer service while engaging with patients from various healthcare facilities across the nation to provide viable solutions for their medical financial challenges. Key functions of the role include:

· Addressing inquiries patients may have regarding their accounts

· Negotiating, processing, and documenting payments

· Educating and assisting patients in understanding their financial responsibilities

· Communicating insurance details

· Adhering to HIPAA regulations



Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

· A high school diploma or GED

· A positive and enthusiastic demeanor

· Compassion and empathy towards others

· Experience in a medical office setting (preferred but not required)

Compensation Structure

Starting at $15/hour, with potential earnings up to $18/hour

Monthly performance-based incentives linked to Key Performance Indicators
