Salary:
$11.00 - $12.00 per hour

Main Responsibilities:
* Provide patient-centered care and support, including personal care and mobility assistance
* Assist with meal preparation and household tasks
* Encourage client participation in activities and promote independence
* Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients and family members

Requirements:
* 18 years of age or older required
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* Ability to speak, read, and write English consistently with job requirements
* Completion of a training program consistent with state and federal regulations
* Satisfactory performance on competency evaluation and annual reevaluation
