About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Facilitator to join our team at Elevo. As a Program Facilitator, you will be responsible for leading social-emotional learning and enrichment activities for TK/K-6th grade students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote physical, mental, and academic well-being.
  • Lead activities such as STEAM, music, and homework completion to increase excitement about learning.
  • Assist with snack distribution and ensure student safety during outdoor activities.
  • Effectively manage student behavior and work with staff to provide professional development opportunities.
  • Serve as a positive role model to students and build their self-esteem and emotional wellness.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in education, coaching, child development, or other child-focused experiences.
  • Completed 48 college credits or successfully passed an Elevo paraeducator exam.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to engage in physical activities such as running and other strenuous physical activity.
