About the Job

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a skilled travel nurse RN to join their team in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting. As a travel nurse RN, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care in a PCU setting, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Conduct patient assessments, identify patient needs, and develop individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications, perform procedures, and provide treatments as ordered by physicians.
  • Monitor patient vital signs, report changes to physicians, and implement interventions as needed.
  • Document patient information, including medical history, medications, and treatment plans.

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of Florida.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a PCU setting.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
