Responsibilities- Work with the Tooling Department to manage the engineering project of tool design and fabrication
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet program cost, schedule, and technical objectives
- Develop and deliver presentations to customers, management, and other program stakeholders
- Define, plan, perform, monitor, control, and complete a variety of project tasks simultaneously
- Perform Control Account Management (CAM) duties, including tracking budget actuals against predictions and financial performance against the full EV performance management baseline
- Coordinate with the scheduling team to develop and execute an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
- Support logistics team, generate staffing requirements, documentation, and forecasts
- Facilitate internal meetings to support staffing, ensuring the staffing needs meet the staffing baseline
- Perform schedule risk assessments to identify and mitigate program cost and scheduling risks
- Must be a US Citizen
- Bachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math)
- 2 years of related experience
- Above average knowledge of Excel, data manipulation and synthesis, project development, Gantt chart development
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
- Proficient with MS Office applications including Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint
- Ability to communicate with multiple levels of the organization having excellent presentation skills
- Sense of urgency, problem-solving, good oral communication, and detail-oriented
