About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team at Lockheed Martin Corporation. As an Assembler, you will play a critical role in the manufacturing process, ensuring the production of high-quality cable assemblies that meet industry specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble cables to manufacturing and industry specifications, including IPC and related reference documents and standards.
  • Monitor and verify assemblies in accordance with statistical process control procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with engineers and management to resolve build issues.
Requirements
  • 1 year of direct experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to operate automated equipment.
  • Proficient working with hand tools and ability to interpret technical drawings.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong experience with operating automated equipment and working knowledge of Lockheed Martin products.
  • Familiarity with IPC-620 manufacturing requirements.
