We are seeking a skilled Echocardiographer to join our team at Doctors Medical Center of Modesto. As an Echocardiographer, you will be responsible for performing and monitoring echocardiogram procedures, calculating and measuring appropriate values, and documenting test results for review and interpretation by physicians.
Key Responsibilities- Perform and monitor echocardiogram procedures, including cardiac ultrasound tests
- Calculate and measure appropriate values on tests performed, and document results for review and interpretation by physicians
- Communicate with physicians, managers, and co-workers about changes in patient clinical conditions while undergoing echocardiogram
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team of physicians and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Board Certified with the Registry of Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) Required upon hire
- Registered Vascular Sonographer (RDVS or RVT), If not currently registered, must be registered within 6 months of hire
- BLS
- 3+ years of experience as an Echocardiographer in all modalities of Echo with adult and geriatric patients
- TEE, Stress Echo experience required
- Vascular Ultrasound experience preferred
- In-patient testing for neonate, pediatrics, adolescent preferred
