At D-H Lebanon-MHMH, we are seeking a skilled Licensed Nursing Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare providers to ensure the best possible outcomes.
About the RoleThis is a per diem opportunity that requires a minimum of two years of experience in one of the job skills incorporated in this position. As a Licensed Nursing Assistant, you will assist RN/LPN/other healthcare providers with examinations and treatments as requested, prepare equipment for procedures as directed, and provide basic care related to activities of daily living for patients as directed by the RN/LPN.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with examinations and treatments as requested by RN/LPN/other healthcare providers.
- Prepare equipment for procedures as directed.
- Provide basic care related to activities of daily living for patients as directed by the RN/LPN, including bathing, skin care, movement and exercise/assistive care and devices, elimination, bowel/bladder training and nutrition.
We require a High school diploma or equivalent, training in 12 -lead EKG and use of glucose meters preferred, and a minimum of two years experience in one of the job skills incorporated in this position. Additionally, you must have a New Hampshire LNA license and BLS (within 3 months of hire and maintained on a biannual basis). Computer experience is also preferred.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
