  • Team Leadership: Act as a liaison between management staff and engineering departments, effectively communicating goals, directives, and feedback. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize productivity and implement cost-effective production methods.
  • Problem Solving: Direct the development of solutions for technical challenges encountered during testing, fabrication, or processing stages.
Qualifications:

We seek a highly qualified candidate with a proven track record in the aerospace industry.

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-7 years of experience managing aviation programs and contracts.
  • Strong understanding of ISO 9000, JIT principles, and project management methodologies.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing/repair/overhaul processes for airline seats is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
